Southwest Lakeland is a collection of diverse neighborhoods of various sizes and prices. It has a more rural feel with neighborhoods surrounded by horse ranches, farms and properties with acreage. Deerbrooke is a community of over 500 homes developed from the mid 1980's to present with prices ranging from the $200's to over the $400's.

Longwood Oaks, Longwood Trace, and Longwood Place share one graceful tree-lined entrance to three lovely communities featuring custom homes built since 1990. With over 150 homes this is a very desirable place to live with easy access to Hillsborough County.
